Correspondence received between Monday and Friday is typically acknowledged within two working days. Detailed enquiries about article content or source citations may take slightly longer, as they require review before a substantive response can be given.

Guest contributions are considered on a case-by-case basis. The journal looks for editorial writing grounded in published nutritional research, focused on everyday supplementation habits and active routines for men. Pitches should include a brief description of the proposed topic and the research basis the writer intends to draw on.

Corrections to factual content are taken seriously. If a reader identifies an error in a published article — a miscited source, an inaccurate figure, or a misrepresented research finding — correspondence to [email protected] will be reviewed by the editorial team. Confirmed corrections are noted publicly within the article itself.
